"My husband and I recently moved to North Carolina from the Great Lakes area. Anyone that's ever moved to a new area knows how hard it can be to find resources and new businesses to work with. Long and short of it, we found our way to State Farm for renter's insurance. We are required to have renter's insurance but we chose to have our auto and future home insurance coverage with State Farm as well. The primary reason being our representative, Courtney. She has been so friendly and immensely helpful during our transition to North Carolina. She walked me through the process of getting our state licenses as well as transferring our registration and obtaining plates for our vehicles. She told us what to expect each step of the way. She was incredibly patient and educated me on what our insurance coverage includes and the best options for our situation and budget. She even called my husband to wish him Happy Birthday! That kind of connection and attention to detail just shows how committed she is to doing the best for her clients. We had the same car and Homeowners Insurance e for the last 17 years, so when we were forced to replace the home policy (company withdrew from the state) it was overwhelming to search and price with many companies. "Haley was quick, thorough and easy to work with. She got my policies set up via text during a storm and I couldn’t be more pleased with how efficiently the whole process was handled by her. In the end I saved $180 a month on my car insurance and over $1,000 a year in home owners.
